                          Extraordinary small business -Ordinary to extraordinary, 
              Are you satisfied with your business? Are you making enough money? If not, today is the best starting day for the change. I'm not a business expert but business student. Sam Walton, who founded Walmart, once said, “There is only one boss, 'the customer' and he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.” 
              In these days to get success even in small business is not that simple. Every small business owner need to be flexible with good planning and organizing skills. Investing in your people, taking advantages of new technology, being competitive, reducing cost, eliminating waste, different act are top factors that lead you to increase your profit margins. In this article, I am trying to explain the key of success factor for convenient store industry. Good customer service (How to train staff) and attractive promotion activities are the most powerful tools for your small business success.

•          Use appropriate humor,

•          Share unique knowledge,
•          Offer sincere compliments,

•          Make 'sales promotions cards',

•          Tag 'price tag' for every item,

•          Make sure all fuel pumps works,
•          Keep your store clean at all time,
•          Paint, front and dust your store at all time, 
•          Expand cooler area with varieties of the products,
•          Competitive items must be visible to the customers,
•          Put the sign in front of display like, '4 items for $10',
•          Ask for Feedback, and use feedback for next consideration,
•          Keep cost down, control inventory and never be out of stock,
•          Make special price offer for products on the condition of 'if you- buy two',
•          Give something for free, the word 'free' itself is attractive for the customers,
•          Do seasonal business, keep special price for the cold drink on summer and special price
           for coffee on spring/cold, provide breakfast as per the location required,
•         Once in a while, do some different for your beloved customers. For instances;
          -Gift some handwriting card for a certain amount of purchase,
          -Give handwriting 'appreciation letter' including his/her name,
          -Provide coffee card, drink coupon card to the frequent customer for next visit,
          -Offer discount to the referral, that encourages the customer to share your deal,
